Little Mama

Julia has a couple baby dolls that she loves to push around in a stroller. Sometimes she even tries to fit them all in the stroller at once. (I'm a little afraid she is training to be the next Octo-Mom!) She has learned how to mimic a baby crying so it's fun to watch her play mommy. She'll make her baby cry (waah, waah) and then hold it up to her shoulder and pat her back. Then she'll get a bottle and feed her baby. It's so cute. Even at night when we give Julia her bottle (yes, she still has a bottle before bed) she likes to share her bottle with Snuggles (the little yellow bear that she sleeps with). When her baby doll is especially upset, Julia will bring the babydoll to me to hold and comfort. She is going to be a good little mommy someday. We had such a beautiful weekend that we decided to take the babydoll for a walk. Here are a few pictures of Julia walking her babydoll.

"Here we go!"

"It's okay baby. Don't cry. Mommy will make it better. "

She does have the mommy instinct. She had a good teacher. It's time for a baby brother for her to practice with.

So sweet!! I want a girl! Kade would be throwing the doll or banging it on something. Julia is such a cute little mommy.

Sweet! Gracie used to do that too, but she hardly plays with dolls much anymore. It makes me sad...Now, Harrison, he loves to play with Sissy's dolls and stuffed animials!

That's so cute. Usually little ones pick that up by watching mom take care of another baby! Where is she getting it from?

How sweet!
